Brackish Groundwater Development
For the past two decades, R.W. Harden & Associates, Inc. has been integrally involved in assessing and developing brackish groundwater supplies in Texas. Our firm co-authored the “Guidance Manual for Brackish Desalination in Texas” funded and distributed by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), which provides practical discussions of project planning, permitting, design, construction, and operation of brackish desalination systems.
